Priyanka Chopra’s dream to produce a Hindi film under her
banner Purple Pebble Pictures, in all likelihood, will soon come true. If the
talks at Viacom 18 Motion Pictures’ 5th anniversary party are anything to go
by, the Baywatch star and the studio in question are ready to take their
association one step ahead with the Indo-American astronaut Kalpana Chawla’s
biopic.
Over the last six months, rumours had been flying thick and fast that Priyanka,
who was then occupied with Quantico, was keen on the biopic of the astronaut
who died on her way back from a space mission when her space shuttle exploded.
Chawla spent 31 days, 14 hours and 54 minutes in space.
No prizes for guessing that the Desi
Girl will essay Kalpana Chawla's part.
